Chef-Grade Kitchen & Interior Makeover in Park City

This Chef-Grade Kitchen and Great Room transformation redefined the home’s layout, functionality, and connection to the lakefront view. The original space was divided by a central wall and a bulky stairwell, which disrupted both traffic flow and sightlines. We removed these barriers and craned in a steel beam for structural support, then installed a massive 22-foot sliding door to open the home to the lake and create a true indoor-outdoor living experience. The kitchen became the heart of the home with a single, continuous “mega-slab” island, custom soft-close cabinetry, a 54-inch workstation sink, and a reclaimed-wood range hood for warmth and character.

In the living zone, we built a striking 5 × 10-foot thin-porcelain tile fireplace with floating benches and a custom acoustic art wall made from individually cut cedar blocks. Our streamlined project management coordinating electricians, tile setters, and AV technicians through one point of contact kept the process smooth and stress-free for the homeowners. Their excitement was clear when they hosted a lively block-party cookout the first weekend after completion, enjoying their chef grade kitchen, expansive gathering space, and stunning new lake view. See how this space flows seamlessly into the exterior remodel – Lakefront Home Exterior Transformation.
