Boutique Walk-In Closet with Laundry in Park City

What started as a dark, storage-starved closet became a bright, boutique-style dressing suite designed around daily routines. We began with an as-built survey and ceiling demo to gain headroom, then reworked electrical, ventilation, and framing to support new lighting and cabinetry. Back-lit hanging bays were custom-sized for long and short garments, and a center island does double duty one side a full folding surface, the other concealing velvet-lined jewelry drawers and dividers. We added a dedicated washer–dryer pair with proper supply, drain, and venting to keep all laundry upstairs, and installed Wi-Fi controlled radiant floor heat for year round comfort.

Throughout the process, we shared clear cabinet drawings and a labeled shelf plan so move-in would be effortless. On handover day, the homeowners unpacked in a single afternoon and told us the plan made it painless to decide where everything belongs. They love how chores now stay on the same level and how the illuminated bays make getting dressed feel like shopping their own boutique. This closet opens directly into their Mountain-Modern Luxury Spa Bathroom.
