What began as a cookie-cutter guest bath became a custom, hard-wearing showpiece built to handle daily traffic. We sourced a fallen tree from the property, milled it in-house, and book-matched the grain into a miter-wrapped, furniture-grade vanity sealed for moisture resistance. The tub alcove and return wall were re-skinned in chevron tile for movement and texture, while heated floors, hidden storage, and upgraded waterproofing deliver comfort and durability without visual clutter.
Throughout the build, we sent nightly photo updates so approvals were easy even when the owners were on the road. At the final walk-through, they called out how the wood grain flows seamlessly across the drawer fronts and loved that the space now feels rugged enough for kids yet refined for overnight guests. This bathroom is one of seven updates on the property. See the Spa-Inspired Bathroom Design – Park City
